Ingredients:
- 200 g Cottage Cheese
- 10 Green Chilies (paste)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 3 Red Dry Chilies (soaked and pasted)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Green Coriander (chopped)
- Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Put oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds.
- Now add ginger, garlic and chilies paste.
- Fry for 1 minute and add onions and tomato.
- Fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add paneer, garam masala, turmeric and salt.
- Fry on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
