Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cantaloupe (pieces)
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice cream (plain)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Almond powder
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 tsp Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Blend cantaloupe pieces till a smooth pulp is formed.
- Put in milk, sugar, cardamom powder, almond powder and blend again for 4 minutes.
- Mix ice-cream to it and whip for 1 minute adding 1-2 ice cubes.
- Serve chilled.
