Ingredients:
- 10-12 Lychees (Peeled and Deseeded)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 or 2 drop Vanilla Essence
- 2 glasses Whole Fat Milk (Chilled)
Cooking Instructions:
- Chop 2 lychees and refrigerate it until required.
- Put the remaining lychees in an electric blender, along with sugar, and blend until a smooth paste is formed.
- Add milk to the paste and run till well-blended and frothy.
- Pour the shake into individual glasses and top it with pieces of chopped lychees.
