- 1 Banana or Strawberry or Mango
- Pinch of grated Nutmeg
- 2 cups Fat-free Milk
- 1-2 tbsp instant Vanilla Pudding mix
- Sugar substitute to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it together.
- Top it with whipped cream and strawberry sauce for good effect.
