Ingredients:
- ½ medium Apple (Sliced)
- 3 cups Skim Milk
- ¼ cup all bran Cereals
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla
Cooking Instructions:
- Freeze 2 ½ cups of milk overnight in ice-cube trays.
- Put together bran, cinnamon, vanilla and apple into a blender.
- Add the remaining ½ cup of milk and blend for 20 sec.
- Continue blending and slowly add the frozen milk cubes.
