Ghiya Raita

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup grated lauki
- 2 Cups Curd
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Boiled the ghiya till soft.
- Drain the boiled ghiya (grated) and cool it.
- Then, stir the curd with hand mixer.
- Add ghiya and blends well.
- Now add cumin powder, salt and chili powder and mix well.
- Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve it chilled.
