Onion Raita

Ingredients:
- 2 Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 Mustard seeds
- 1 Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Green chilly, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 kg Curd
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Add salt, onion, green chilly and coriander leaves onto beat curd - raita is ready.
- In a large wok, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- Add it to the raita and mix well.
- Refrigerate the raita for one to two hours before serving.
- Serve the raita with imli rice.
