Ingredients:
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 oz Orange juice
- 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 Rum
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour all the ingredients except Bacardi 151 proof rum into a blender, blend for 30 seconds and strain out into a Collins glass.
- Float the Bacardi 151 proof rum on top, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
