Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pound Pork Tenderloin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- All-purpose Flour for dusting
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 8 oz Russian-style Salad Dressing
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 1 oz dry Onion Soup Mix
Cooking Instructions:
- Trim the pork of fat and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over it and lightly dust with flour.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and brown the pork evenly on all sides.
- Mix the salad dressing, honey, and onion soup in a bowl.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the dressing mix evenly over it. Roll the meat in the sauce to coat it on all sides. Cover the dish with an aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated at 175 degrees. Baste with the dressing mix every 10 minutes.
- Then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
