Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Red Wine
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp light Brown Sugar
- 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 1 tbsp fresh Chives (minced)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a resealable plastic bag take the soy sauce, brown sugar and wine and shake vigorously to mix. Place the pork and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- In a bowl take the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard powder and mix. Add the minced chive and set for refrigeration.
- In a baking dish place the pork and marinade. Bake for 60 minutes in an oven preheated at 165 degrees C. Baste occasionally.
- Allow it to cool and then cut into thick slices. Serve with the mustard slices.
