Ingredients:
- 4 pounds Pork Shoulder Roast
- 4 oz Green Chilies (diced)
- 1/4 cup Chili Powder
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the green chilies, chili powder, oregano, taco and garlic in a small bowl.
- Rub the roast thoroughly with the seasoning and then wrap it with an aluminum foil.
- Place a rack in a baking dish and put the roast on it.
- Roast for four hours in an oven preheated at 150 degrees C.
- Before serving shred the roast using a fork and sprinkle salt.
