Ingredients:
- 2 tsp dried Sage
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
- 1/4 tsp dried Marjoram
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Red Pepper flakes (crushed)
- 1 pinch Cloves (ground)
- 2 pounds Pork (ground)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the sage, salt, black pepper, marjoram, brown sugar, red pepper and cloves in a bowl.
- Take the pork in a platter and mix the spices with the pork.
- Form small patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté for five minutes per side.
