Ingredients:
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp dried Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 pounds boneless Pork Loin Roast
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup White Wine
Cooking Instructions:
- Crush the garlic. Add the rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to make a paste.
- Make small cuts in the meat at several places and put the garlic mixture in those slits.
- Mix olive oil with the remaining garlic mixture and rub it onto the meat.
- Place the pork in a baking dish and bake at 175 degrees C for 2 hours. Turn the meat frequently.
- Remove the meat and add the wine in the baking dish. Mix the wine and the pan liquids. Pour it over the pork and serve.
