Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 6 oz Pork (ground)
Cooking Instructions:
- Take the eggs, fish sauce, pepper and ground pork in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a skillet and pour the egg mixture into it.
- Fry until golden on both sides.
