Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 piece Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- Few Sprigs Mint
- 1 tsp Caster Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Mince sprigs of mint leaves and combine it with sugar.
- Blend lime juice, cucumber and mint leaves until smooth.
- Pour the content into a jug and chill it for 3-4 hours.
- Transfer it into tall glasses and serve it chilled.
