Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 3 tbsp Green Tea Leaves
- 1 bottle Champagne (chilled)
- 1 quart bottle Seltzer Water (chilled)
- 2 Lemons
- 2 Oranges
- 1 1/2 cups Dark Rum
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Thinly slice lemons and orange.
- Add the sliced fruits with rum in a small bowl.
- Cover it and set it aside for 8 hours or overnight.
- Take a small saucepan, mix sugar and water.
- Boil for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove it from heat and stir in tea.
- Strain the mixture and refrigerate it.
- Add a slice of orange and Champagne before serving.
- Enjoy it chilled.
