Ginger Rice Balls

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup pickled ginger
- 2 Cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1/4 Cup soy ginger glaze
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare sushi cakes by using a rice mould.
- Make a hole in the sushi cake and fill it with two sushi ginger slices.
- Seal the hole and leave for five minutes.
- Heat a grill and glaze the rice ball.
- Grill them until golden. Turn the balls, glaze and grill again.
- Ready to serve.
