Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 large Bananas
- 2 cups Blueberries (frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups Spinach Leaves
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Take blender; add all the ingredients (except milk).
- Stir it until the content smoothens.
- Now add milk to the mixture.
- Serve it chilled.
