Raspberry Beer Float With Raspberry Granita

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Belgian Raspberry Beer (chilled)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1 cup Raspberry beer and sugar; stir it well in the blender.
- Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours.
- Now boil 1 cup beer with sugar until it is reduced to ¼ cup.
- Set it aside till the syrup is chilled.
- Scrape the granite using fork.
- Take two separate glasses and spoon ice cream.
- Top it with the prepared granita.
- Pour more beer for better taste.
- Serve it chilled.
