Ingredients:
- 2 tsp fresh Ginger (grated & peeled)
- 5 cups Pineapple (riped & peeled)
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a blender, add pineapple, water and sugar, stir it until smooth.
- Add ginger and refrigerate it covered for about 4 hours.
- Strain the mixture into two separate glasses.
- Add ice cubes and serve it chilled.
