Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh Blueberries
- 2 cups Cider Vinegar
- 2 cups Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a nonmetallic container and add blueberries and vinegar.
- Cover it tightly and refrigerate it for at least 3 days.
- Transfer the marinated blueberries into a bowl.
- Sieve the berry juice and discard the solids.
- Pour the liquid into a medium saucepan and add sugar.
- Boil for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove it from heat and allow it to cool down.
- Chill the liquid in a small container.
- Garnish it with chopped blueberries.
- Serve it chilled.
