Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 2 Quarts Water
- 1/4 pound Ginger (peeled)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Grate ginger and filter the juice into a bottle.
- Add all the ingredients and shake it well until sugar dissolves.
- Store it in the refrigerator for about 1 day.
- Serve it chilled.
