Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 5-6 sprigs of Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Onion
- 2 tsp Carrot
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Paste
- 3 large Tomatoes (boiled)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Green Chilies
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Salt as per taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel and cut the tomatoes.
- Make a fine paste of tomatoes and chillies.
- Take a kadai, add butter and prepared tomato paste.
- Boil it till it turns red in color.
- Enjoy it hot.
