Ingredients:
- 4 oz Dry Ginger
- 3 oz dry Sparkling Cider
- 5 oz Brandy
- 4 oz Cointreau
- Ice
- Apple slices (to decorate)
Cooking Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake it well for about 2-3 minutes.
- Refrigerate it until required.
- Transfer the mixture into two separate glasses.
- Enjoy it chilled.
