Ingredients:
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 Tangerine
- ½ tsp Lemon
Cooking Instructions:
- Juice the lemon in small bowl.
- Peel the tangerine and remove the kernels.
- Now blend lemon juice and tangerine in a blender.
- Add buttermilk and blend it again until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into two separate glasses.
- For better taste, serve it immediately.
