Ingredients:
- 200 ml Apple Juice
- 1 Banana (ripe)
- 4 tbsp Oatmeal
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Cooking Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend it until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into two separate glasses.
- Serve it chilled.
