Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 small Apple
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Handful of Ice Cubes
Cooking Instructions:
- Wash, peel and cut apple into cubes.
- Add the other ingredients in the blender for one minute.
- Transfer the mixture into two separate glasses.
- Enjoy chilled.
