Ingredients:
- Green Pickled Jalapeno Nacho Slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Black Beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 cup Salsa Pico de Gallo
- 1 cup Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
- 3 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients.
- Combine well using a large spoon.
- Cover and refrigerate the content.
- Serve it chilled.
