Ingredients:

• 1 Egg White
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1 dash Vanilla Extract
• 4 cups Pecans

Cooking Instructions:

• Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F and spread cookie sheet paper on the pan.
• Beat egg white. Add brown sugar and vanilla.
• Stir the mixture until it turns smooth.
• Toss it with pecans.
• Transfer the nuts over the prepared cookie sheet.
• Now bake until it turns brown.
• Enjoy it hot.
