Millet Porridge

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup pearl millet flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup sour milk
- 4 Cups water
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine the millet flour with half-cup water.
- Transfer into a container and cover it.
- Allow the mixture to stand for about 48 hours in a warm place.
- Boil the remaining water and add flour mixture to it.
- Stir and cook for about 15 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Add sour milk and stir. Boil for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and serve.
