Ingredients:
- 1 pack Frozen Peas
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (grounded)
- ¼ cup heavy Cream
- ½ tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil water in a shallow pot on medium flame. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
- Add peas and cook for 5 min.
- Drain and blend the boiled peas in a blender.
- Whip in cream & butter, until combined well.
- Add salt & pepper to the mixture.
- Serve with chips.
