Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked Codfish
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Parsley (minced)
- 1 tbsp crushed Red Pepper
- 2 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a deep pot, like a glass, with a spoon. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and pour the batter. Cook the omelet on both sides.
- Serve with salads and any drink.
