Ingredients:
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 Green Pepper
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup dried Bread Crumbs
- Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 °F.
- Split the tomatoes into two pieces and remove the round top of the pepper.
- Place the tomatoes and pepper in a baking dish and sprinkle sugar and bread crumbs on them.
- Dot the mixture with butter in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour.
