Ingredients:
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Orange (rind and juice)
- 1 stick of Cinnamon
- 3 Cloves
- 300 ml Hot Water
- 1 Dry Red Wine Bottle
Cooking Instructions:
- Take nutmeg, brown sugar, juice, rind, cinnamon, cloves, hot water in a pan and get to the boil. Cook for 20 min.
- Pour red wine and just heat it. Don’t boil.
- Serve instantly in ceramic mugs.
