Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
- 500 gm Brussels Sprouts (trimmed)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 ml Vegetable Stock
- 2 tbsp Whole Mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
Cooking Instructions:
- Half each trimmed sprouts.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the sprouts for 2 min.
- Take off the pan and pour the vegetable stock gradually. Put mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the sprouts again for 3-4 min. Add honey to it.
- Serve it instantly.
