Ingredients:
- 455 g Pork Sausage
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 Eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 4 English Muffins (toasted)
- ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese (crumbled)
Cooking Instructions:
- Split the muffins into two.
- Make patties from the sausage meat.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on high flame until they turn brown.
- Put more oil in the pan and fry the eggs as per your choice. Flavor with salt and pepper.
- Lay the patties on the base of each muffin, add some egg and top up with 1 tbsp of cheese.
- Cover the mixture with the other half of the muffin.
