Ingredients:
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- ¼-inch Ginger (chopped)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- Garam Masala (to flavor)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, ginger, garlic, and chilies, till the onion turns brown.
- Turn off the heat and add eggs, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cook again till the mixture turns firm and brown.
