Ingredients:
- 250 gm Green Chillies
- 1½ cup Curd (Yogurt) (whipped)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Sink the chillies into boiling water and take out instantly.
- Lay the chillies in a plate covered with muslin cloth. Place the plate in the sun for around 2 days.
- Blend curd and salt to taste in a bowl.
- Mix chillies to the curd and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Take out the chillies from curd mix and place the chillies in the plate.
- Position the plate again in the sun until it is dried up completely.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the dried chillies until crispy.
- Serve it with hot rice and curry.
