Boiled Green Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Green Vegetables (cabbage, beans, cauliflower, etc)
- 1 Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions:
- Trim the roots of vegetables. Rinse well and slice them in a moderate size.
- Boil them on medium heat until about to tender. Drain and shift in a medium bowl. Drizzle few drops of olive oil. Toss the bowl to mix them.
- Squeeze the lemon all over the vegetables and sprinkle the salt.
