Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Yoghurt (strained)
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Oil
- Vinegar/Lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel the cucumber and grate it. Sieve it with a strainer and remove the water completely.
- Grate the garlic and mix with salt and vinegar.
- Whisk the yogurt and add cucumber followed by the garlic mixture. Mix well.
- Add some oil. Serve cool with any meal.
