Ingredients:
- 1 kg Premium Mince Beef
- 2 Onions (cubed finely)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Ground Cloves
- 1 can Tomato
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Powdered Vegetable Stock
- 1 pack Pasticio Pasta (thick tubular spaghetti)
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 9 tbsp Flour
- 2-2 tbsp Salt and Pepper
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil pasta in a pot and keep it separately in a baking tray.
- Put a frying pan on low heat and place in the onions, mince, salt, pepper & cloves and let all the liquids evaporated.
- Pour in the oil & stock. Mix well.
- Add tomatoes and tomato paste and mix well.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Add extra seasoning if needed.
- Prepare béchamel sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour, salt & pepper.
- Take off heat and gradually stir in milk. Whisk well so that no lumps can form.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Now bring the baking tray having pasta. Cover it with meat.
- Pour the béchamel sauce evenly all over the meat. Bake in 180 oven until brown.
- Serve and enjoy the flavor.
