Ingredients:
- ½ cup Butter
- 2 cups American Rice
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- Grated Cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- Rinse the rice and drain.
- Heat butter in a saucepan. Fry the rice in it until it becomes golden.
- Add water and cover. Cook until rice is tender and liquid is completely off.
- Slightly stir and shift in a buttered bowl. Press it inside to take a shape.
- Empty the bowl in a platter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Serve with curd.
