Cod Croquetes

Ingredients:
- 750 gm Cod
- 1 cup Flour
- ½ can Beer
- Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions:
- Rinse the cod in plenty of water and rub your hands on it to remove the salt completely. Remove the bones from cod and cut it into pieces.
- Combine the flour with the beer to prepare a thick batter like honey. Put the cod pieces into the batter and stir with a spoon. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop the mixture with spoon into the oil and fry until golden brown.
- Lift them out in batches and place on an absorbing paper.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
