Ingredients:
- 6 cups Almonds (blanched)
- 3 cups Sugar
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 tsp Vanilla Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Grind the blanched almonds in a blender.
- Combine together sugar, egg whites and vanilla powder in a large bowl.
- Mix the ground almonds to it. Stir until the dough has a thick consistency.
- Give the dough shape of pens or fingers and place on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
