Ingredients:
- 1 Green Mango (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Chilly Powder
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ Methi Seeds (Fenugreek)(roasted)
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ¼ Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Hing Powder (Asafoetida)
- Few Curry Leaves
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the mangoes with salt and keep in a container for 2 days.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Mix in mangoes and shallow fry it for 5 minutes.
- Grind the methi seeds making into fine powder.
- Mix methi powder and the remaining ingredients with mango.
- Remove from the heat and allow cooling.
- Manga Kari is ready to serve.
