Ingredients:
- 2 Mangoes (diced)
- 4 tbsp Chilly Powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Take oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Mix in chilly powder, asafetida, turmeric, salt to taste and cook for about 3 min on low flame.
- Take the pan off heat and keep it aside to cool.
- Mix together mangoes and the chilly mixture well. Let it be for 7-8 days to get the spices absorbed in.
- Stir in little vinegar to keep it fresh.
