Ingredients:
- ½ kg Crab (diced)
- 200 g Onion (sliced)
- 25 g Ginger
- 4 Green Chilies
- 25 g Garlic
- Few Curry Leaves
- 100 g Tomato (chopped)
- 1½ glass Coconut Milk
- Garam Masala (to flavor)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 25 g Coriander Powder
- 30 g Chili Powder
- 100 g Coconut Oil
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry onions, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chilies, until the onion turns brown.
- Add all the spices and some tomato. Stir.
- Place crab and enough water in the pan. Cook till the crab turns tender.
- Add coconut milk and remaining tomatoes. Mix.
- Serve hot.
