Ingredients:
- ½ cup Tur Dal
- ½ cup Raw Rice
- ¼ cup Black Gram Dal
- 8 Green Chillies
- Small piece of Asafoetida
- 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Keep the rice and dals in water all night.
- Next morning, drain and grind them all together with chillies, curry leaves & asafoetida making into nice paste.
- Flavor it with salt to taste and mix. Shape it into small balls and flatten them with wet finger.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them until it turns nice golden brown.
