Ingredients:
- 2 large Beets (peeled)
- Lemon juice
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Small Onion (chopped)
- ½ cup Horseradish Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
- Take slightly salted water in a pan and boil the beets for around 45 minutes.
- Drain and dip into chilled water for 10 minutes.
- Slice the beets roughly and mix well with little lemon juice, sugar, salt & pepper to taste.
- Add onion and horseradish sauce, and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve it cold.
