Polish Boiled Potatoes with Onion and Dill

Ingredients:
- 6 large Red Potatoes (peeled)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Dill (chopped)
- 1 cup Caramelized Onions
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the potatoes into medium chunks and simmer them in slightly salted water until it is soft.
- Then drain it.
- Heat a pan on low medium flame and pour the potatoes in it to drain out excess water if there any.
- Take the potatoes in a bowl and mix in caramelized onions & dill. Flavor it with salt to taste. Flip it nicely.
- Serve it with sausages.
